How will my item be packaged?
All items will be sent with the upmost discretion, either boxed or wrapped in plain packaging and posted using Australia Post Express Pre-Paid Satchels. If your item is too large to fit in a pre-paid satchel, it will be express posted in a plain box or post bag. We will provide our return address on parcels, however, will not mention our business name or any information disclosing the nature of your purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
When selecting your item, you may notice a delivery time next to the size. This is for items which are not currently in stock at our warehouse and need to be ordered from our Australian or USA Manufacturers. If there is no delivery time displayed the item is in stock and ready to ship immediately. All orders will be express posted within 12-48 hours after payment is received, depending on current demand.
Example: Size 18-20 (Allow 3-5 days) - Item is in stock in Australia and is in transit from our Australian Manufacturer.
Size 18-20 (Allow 10-14 days) - Item is in stock in the USA and is in transit to Australia.
Size 18-20 (No time frame specified) - Item is in stock at our Belle Intimates warehouse and ready to ship immediately.
How to I take my measurements?
The following can be used as a guide to measuring for correct fitting lingerie:
Bust/Top Bust: Measure the fullest part of the bust from the armpit
Under Bust: Measure directly under the bust in a natural posture with the shoulders relaxed
Waist: Measure loosely around the narrowest part of the waist, usually just above the navel area
Hips: Measure the fullest part of the hips, usually 10-20cm below the waist.

What is your refund policy?
If an item is faulty or you have chosen the wrong size we are happy to exchange. The returned item must be in an "as new" condition - ie: unworn with all tags attached, no marks or stains and neatly folded in it's original packaging. Please return the item to us within 10 days from the date of shipping for an exchange or store credit.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning items back to us. Belle Intimates takes no responsibility for the arrival or misplacement of returned items. We recommend the use of registered post or a tracked system for returning items back to us. Please contact us at
shop@belleintimates.com.au before any item is returned, citing the reason for return. This way, if you need a different size, we can put it away for you to ensure a speedy turn around time.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund items on sale or clearance, please choose carefully when purchasing sale/clearance items. It is very important to make sure that you're happy with your item/s before removing any swing tags, labels or attached g-strings as we are unable to accept garments which have had the tags removed. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of goods which appear to have been worn or washed, so please try on lingerie over your own underwear to check for correct sizing.
We are unable to accept return of massage oils, lubricants, DVD's, novelties and toys so please choose carefully. If you would like detailed information about the ingredients in any oils, gels or lubricants, please contact us at

Is it safe to order online?
All purchases are made using our secure server. We accept paypal for credit card payments and under no circumstances do we store any credit card details. If you prefer not to pay by paypal, our account details for direct deposits will be available upon checkout. Alternatively, you can post a cheque or money order.
Can I order via catalogue or telephone?
No. We don't have a print catalogue to order from and we are unable to accept orders via telephone. Please place your order via our secure shopping cart system.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. Our store is online only, however, we aim to provide you with as much information as possible about each item so you can make an informed purchase and avoid needing to return items. If you are unsure about any items or require further information about an item, please email us at

I'm not a plus size, can I still purchase from your online store?
Our store is dedicated to women sized 16-30. Some items are available in a size 14 also and will be marked as such. Most items can also be ordered in a standard size, please email us at
