If you have purchased a voucher via Grab One, please email us at shop@belleintimates.com.au quoting your full name, unique Grab One voucher number allocated to you upon purchase and the email address you would like your gift certificate emailed to (if different to the email currently being used).
Once you have received your Gift Certificate from Belle Intimates Lingerie, you can redeem against your purchases as follows:
Your unique gift voucher code is contained in an email direct from Belle Intimates. You will need to use the Belle Intimates Gift Voucher code (not the grab one voucher number) to redeem your gift certificate.
To use, simply purchase a minimum of $50 worth of products from our store.
To apply your voucher please do the following:
1. Ensure you have registered your details and are logged into the website.
2. Once you have placed all the items in your shopping cart you wish to purchase, click the burgundy CHECKOUT button (please DO NOT click on the paypal button, as you will not be able to redeem your voucher this way)
3. On the Shipping & Payment page, click on the GIFT CERTIFICATE option.
4. Underneath your contact details there is a Gift Certificate Box to enter your unique code. Please enter your Belle Intimates Gift Certificate code and NOT the voucher number allocated to you from grab one.
5. If you wish to spend more than your $50 gift certificate value, you will be redirected back to the payment page to choose your payment option for the balance.
