SHIPPING CHARGES
We ship using Australia Post Express Post Parcels & Satchels and charge a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders, regardless of size. Spend over $150.00 in one transaction and we'll Express Post your order FREE (for delivery within Australia only).
For International Orders, Shipping is as follows for up to a 2kg parcel:
NEW ZEALAND: $40.00
ASIA $50.00
USA $60.00
UK & EUROPE $75.00
If purchasing a single item only for International postage, please contact us for a postage quote. The above rates are based on combined purchases weighing up to 2kg. Please check your countries policy on restricted items prior to ordering. Belle Intimates will not be held liable for any delays with customs or additional import fees and taxes. All prices above are in Australian Dollars. We regret we cannot offer free postage on international orders.
STOCKED ITEMS
We take great pride in providing you with quality items and a valued experience when shopping at Belle Intimates. In order for us to keep our prices as low as possible, not all sizes are always kept in stock. Some items will need to be ordered from our suppliers and may take up to 21 days for delivery.
If an item is temporarily out of stock at the supplier, we will advise you of this and an expected delivery date prior to us back ordering it for you. Most items are in stock and available for immediate delivery. You will find some items have delivery times specified. Other items which do not have delivery times specified are GUARANTEED IN STOCK. If you are in a particular hurry for an item, we recommended you contact us at
shop@belleintimates.com.au prior to ordering. We will confirm sizes in stock and availability.
FAULTY ITEMS or INCORRECT SIZE
If an item is faulty or you have chosen the wrong size we are happy to exchange. The returned item must be in an "as new" condition - ie: unworn with all tags attached, no marks or stains and neatly folded in it's original packaging. Please return the item to us within 10 days from the date of shipping for an exchange or store credit.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning items back to us, however, upon return of an item we will give you a store credit of up to $15.00 depending on the method you have chosen to return the item. Belle Intimates takes no responsibility for the arrival or misplacement of returned items. We recommend the use of registered post or a tracked system for returning items back to us.
Please contact us at
shop@belleintimates.com.au before any item is returned, citing the reason for return. This way, if you need a different size, we can put it away for you to ensure a speedy turn around time.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund items on sale or clearance, please choose carefully when purchasing sale/clearance items.
It is very important to make sure that you're happy with your item/s before removing any swing tags, labels or attached g-strings as we are unable to accept garments which have had the tags removed. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of goods which appear to have been worn or washed, so please try on lingerie over your own underwear to check for correct sizing.
We are unable to accept return of massage oils, lubricants, DVD's, novelties, toys, hosiery and items in sealed packaging which have been opened, so please choose carefully. If you would like detailed information about the ingredients in any oils, gels or lubricants, please contact us at
